I believe most people fear their greatness more than fear of failure. And many of us have a huge fear of failure. But there is a greater fear of our greatness because we care what other people think. We are scared of being judged if we are our authentic self. But we would experience peace and joy if we were to be authentic and be our best self.

I believe the human experience is a dance between love and fear...the only two states of mind we can exist in. But we can only be in one -- it is a choice. Today I talk about these two different states of mind, manifestation and transcending fear into love.

You don’t need to experience pain to evolve and grow

Today Brandon Bozarth and I talk about the fact we don’t need to experience pain to evolve and grow. Most people wait for tragedy, pain, life-altering or near death experiences, major breakups, basically any pattern of pain or self-sabotage to show up again and again until they break before seeking change. My personal coach actually says most people seek help when they’ve felt enough pain. However, there is another choice.

Brandon believes we don't need to experience this amount of pain in order to grow. In fact, we can be experiencing joy and freedom and still evolve. We also talk about depression, anxiety, instincts and how to live a life in a state of joy.

Life is like a train

A train is something we don't think twice of...but I believe how a train operates is very reflective of life. As we go along on the train tracks (the journey of life), we pick people up and drop them off (every human we connect with) all the time, just like a train does.
