From wipeouts to riding a wave... surfing has a lot to teach us about life. Surfing gives me the ability to face and break-through fears, push my personal boundaries and is a reminder about going with the flow, resilience, and surrendering.
Whilst surrendering is very important I think it is just as important to balance this with inspired action. The balance of surrender and inspired action = co-creation of your life. You co-create with God/Source/Universe (whatever you call your faith). I share how I listen to my instincts that guide me to take action. I call this inspired action and often these ideas that come to me can be very random…but I follow the breadcrumbs. In fact, this is how this podcast was born! By inspired action…I never planned to start a podcast.
Like you, I find it very challenging some days to stay present…especially when it feels like things aren’t ‘going to plan’, ‘out of control’ or ‘everything feels like it is crumbling around you.’ I share the ways I stay present through the difficult times and how surrendering in the moment has lead me to live a very adventurous life. You can do the same!!!
It’s time we encouraged people to love and accept their body. And one of the important ways to do this is NOT let anyone you care about ever dismiss their body. How I have learned to love my body and express it…and I hope you’ll join me in the mission – for all of us to love and accept ourselves fully – this includes our BODY! It does such a great job in keeping us alive and able to experience life.
The World Health Organization estimates more than 800,000 people take their own lives each year, and suicide remains the second leading cause of death among 15-29 year olds. That’s why in today’s episode we will be discussing: How perfection is killing people by suicide!
I have invited Dr Dain Heer to discuss this as he is on a mission to shed light on this global epidemic. We talk about the self-talk of "perfectionism" and why he believes it is leading to suicides, how you can KILL the feeling of perfectionism.

In today's episode, we will be discussing something I know a lot of women ask…it is the golden question – when is the right time to sleep with someone you are dating?
For the female's perspective, I've invited Monique Sorgen to the show. She was inspired by this topic to write a novel called “How long you should wait to have sex.” She shares what she discovered when researching this topic for her novel (she spoke to men and women).

In today's episode, we will be discussing something I know a lot of women ask…it is the golden question! When is the right time to sleep with someone you are dating?
For the male's perspective, I've invited Jason to the show. Not only does he gives us an open and honest insight into this golden question, he also shares advice on how we can encourage our man to open up and feel comfortable with being vulnerable. We also talk about why men find women confusing and often say, "I don't know what women want."
Today I talk about masculinity for men nowadays as I think this is something important we need to talk about. Like JuVan said on my podcast, "men are suffering in silence". There are two states of masculinity that you can sense in a man - the empowered masculine energy or the toxic masculine energy. There can be so many illusions it can be confusing to know which masculine energy you are carrying. I focus on the healed masculine man that is vulnerable and what this looks like. So many of us women want our man to feel comfortable in being vulnerable. It's time to realize no one is perfect and I think we should remove this word from all languages.
In American, almost one third of working women are out-earning their husbands, they’re going to college at higher rates than men, and they’re blowing their male counterparts away in CEO and leadership positions nationwide. But many of us are starving for genuine intimacy. That’s why in today’s episode we will be discussing: How to have a rocking career and profound intimate relationship.
I have invited Londin Angel Winters to share her perspective, after reading her book - The Awakened Woman’s Guide to Everlasting Love. I highly recommend this book!
We talk about -
Boardroom versus Bedroom: Why are different approaches required for success in each area of your life?
Alpha and Omega…both men and women flow in and out of these two modes throughout the day. We discuss how you can concsiously flow between these and what it means in a relationship with the various combinations (Alpha/Alpha; Omega/Omega; Alpha/Omega) as well as how we help our man step into Alpha.
How do men and women repel love, when they wish they could attract it?
