I believe most people fear their greatness more than fear of failure. And many of us have a huge fear of failure. But there is a greater fear of our greatness because we care what other people think. We are scared of being judged if we are our authentic self. But we would experience peace and joy if we were to be authentic and be our best self.
What happens when a group of women get together and talk about dating, sex, and relationships? This conversation is unfiltered and we share our opinions about ghosting, threesomes, men, what women want - in the bedroom and in a relationship, how to share your sexual fantasies with your partner and much more.
Men you need to know what 'jackrabbiting' is and why women don't want this! And for my female listeners, I'm sure you will be able to relate to some things said and join us in a laugh or two. So tune in.
I'd like to thank the five women that joined me to share their truths.
People are communicating so much to us without ever uttering a word. In fact, 93% of all communication is non-verbal. That’s why I thought it was time to discuss Body Language when dating or in a relationship. To discuss the unspoken signs communicated via body language I've invited Tracey Thomson to the show. We talk about signs when someone is showing interest in you from across the room (plus signs someone isn't interested when on a first date), signs someone is lying or a narcissist, spotting the "player" and navigating genuine instincts versus negative self-talk.
Tracey is the co-founder of TRUTHPLANE and co-author of TRUTH & LIES What People Are Really Thinking. The new book explains all these subtle cues to assist us when dating or even in our current relationships.

This episode is inspired by a painting I saw online...and I don't know who the artist is but I have thought about this art and the messages. The artwork represents love and fear.
I believe the human experience is a dance between love and fear...the only two states of mind we can exist in. But we can only be in one -- it is a choice. Today I talk about these two different states of mind, manifestation and transcending fear into love.
Today Brandon Bozarth and I talk about the fact we don’t need to experience pain to evolve and grow. Most people wait for tragedy, pain, life-altering or near death experiences, major breakups, basically any pattern of pain or self-sabotage to show up again and again until they break before seeking change. My personal coach actually says most people seek help when they’ve felt enough pain. However, there is another choice.
Brandon believes we don't need to experience this amount of pain in order to grow. In fact, we can be experiencing joy and freedom and still evolve. We also talk about depression, anxiety, instincts and how to live a life in a state of joy.

A train is something we don't think twice of...but I believe how a train operates is very reflective of life. As we go along on the train tracks (the journey of life), we pick people up and drop them off (every human we connect with) all the time, just like a train does.
I believe we can learn about connection and detachment from thinking about a train and what it symbolizes...time and connection.
I feel like every guy or woman has this conversation with a friend or even family member in regards to someone they are crushing on…Do you think she likes me?
So today I talk with Gracie to get the female's perspective. We talk about the texting stage, first date, dating and general signs. Join us in the fun and have a few laughs. Because dating shouldn't be taken too seriously...life is about having fun and enjoying the journey!
